  2. Hiya. I am 33 years old, for the past two months my periods have lasted about 2 days. My first period is like my first and last day. Its abit heavy at the start and its red. Then by the end of the day the flow isnt heavy and the colour is brown, before my periods used to last 4 days. First two days were heavy and then it would calm down. But these two months its been different. I want my flow to go back to normal like it was before. What can you recommend for this please. I would appreciate your advise. Thanks
