  1. Hello my name is harshan. I have IBS for last 4 years. If I eat fiber food, fruits and vegetables, I loss my weight. I have lactose intolerance. Why I lose weight Plz reply and give solution.

  2. So should i avoid the carrots or eat them? You cant put “carrots are great for ibs” and then list them under the foods to avoid.
