  1. Are you sure about ginger,gugul and apple cider vinegar?They are spicy.Spice stimulates thyroid.Hyperthyroid thyroid is already over stimulated!

    1. You are dead on right. Ginger should not be on this list, it revs you up. I am Diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and I have been eating ginger for days in large quantities, I was making my own Japanese steakhouse dressing and I have triggered thyroiditis as a result, having palpitations and insomnia. It was helping me not be so constipated and that was why I was eating it so much.
