What about a large mess open wound that will not heal for years, your remedies tell how to treat boils, but after you rinse it off, then what do you use to put on the wound to cover it for the rest of the time or over night or can you leave it on over night? For example the Manuka Honey, can I leave it on until the next day or rinse it off after 2 hours and then use what to wrap it for the rest of the time or o the next day?
